Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine (or you can use a box grater)
  4. Put cauliflower into a microwaveable bowl cover with cling film and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Then in a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg.
  6. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool slightly.

  8. Then add your desired toppings and bake for 10 minutes.
