Moist Delicious Sweet Potatoe Brownies
Brownies made out of sweet potatoes work surprisingly well adding extra moisture to the recipe, while helping to cut down on the amount of butter and sugar required in a regular brownie recipe.

These brownies are soft, moist, chocolaty with a natural sweetness. The best part is they are made from all natural, unrefined, healthy ingredients that will most definitely satisfy your sweet tooth and guilt free.
Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine avocado, sweet potato, applesauce, honey and vanilla.
Once creamy add cacao powder.
Then add in one egg at a time.
Add coconut flour, arrowroot powder, salt and baking soda to the wet mixture and combined all ingredients until smooth.
Transfer to the lined baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Test the batter is cooked through using a tooth pick. If it comes out clean it is ready. Take out of the oven and let cool.
Mix the last 5 ingredients together until creamy and smooth. Then spread the frosting evenly over the brownie base.
Sprinkle the crushed toasted walnut's on top of the frosting. Optional.
